The bold and the beautiful Kangana Ranaut, is arguably the best actress in Bollywood today. Rani is passe, Preity Zinta has been relegated to arty-farty films, Kareena is perceived more as a hot babe rather than a serious actress though she still has acted in the likes of Chameli and Omkara, Katrina Kaif is all candyfloss. That leaves the field open to Kangana Ranaut to play the field. And can this girl act! Phew! From her very first film, Kangana Ranaut had acted like a veteran. With Gangster, which was a tough role to play, Kangana Ranaut showed what mettle she was made. She has tried to follow it up with performance oriented roles like Woh Lamhe and Life in a Metro.

Kangana Ranaut is a girl who likes to experiment with her roles. In her very first film, Kangana Ranaut played a woman with an alcoholic problem. In Woh Lambhe, Kangana played a glam diva with terminal illness. Kangana played an arrogant model addicted to drugs in Fashion, which even overshadowed Priyanka Chopra's part. In Raaz 2 Kangana was tormented by a ghost. There is one common thing in all of Kangana Ranaut characters: THEY ARE ALL PROBLEM GIRLS!!

The excellent part about Kangana Ranaut is she can get to the skin of the character. Kangana who is trying to gain weight at the right places, is looking more beautiful than ever now. Kangana does not mind shedding her clothes and getting in the buff(or is it the body suit?) to suit the complexities of her character. Kangana had a wardrobe malfunction in Fashion, she was butt naked(or it seemed so) in a scary scene of Raaz 2 and gave real bold MC -BC gaalis in the film, she was even shown peeing out of fright in one scene of Woh Lamhe. Which heroine can go to these levels? In other words, Kangana Ranaut is the most flexible Bollywood actress and likes to give her best shot in every character she plays.

Kangana lives, loves and breathes films, which is evident from her single minded focus to get her act right each time. And yes, unlike other actresses who expose and say that the script demanded it, in Kangana Ranaut's case, it is evident that she exposes only when her character is in a situation where she has to reveal. And yes, Kangana Ranaut is hardly vulgar when she exposes. Now she will be seen in a new movie called Kites opposite Hrithik Roshan. Here's to Kangana's career flying high like a kite!
